Brina

Brina is a marriage candidate who lives in the Apartments above the Grocery Store and works in the Textile Mill. Brina is the oldest child of Helmut and Greta Schafer who own the Pickle Shop. Brina was born and raised in Stoffton and after she finished her studies at the Stoffton Academy, she took a job at the mill to help support her family. Eventually, she moved into her own apartment for a bit more independence, but she continues to contribute financially to her family. Having seen how her family struggles, Brina is not a fan of pickled foods, but she does love fermented foods.

As the oldest of five, Brina is introspective and curious about many topics. You can find her at work in the mill, visiting family, and in her home. Brina is part of the extended Schafer family which means she has multiple aunts and uncles, and numerous cousins living in Rocky Ford and Stoffton. She is particularly close to her grandmother Fiona.

Schedule (in brief)

Most days, Brina works in the mill from around 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. On Tuesdays, she leaves work early to have the evening meal with her family at the Pickle Shop and to catch up with Ebbe, the sibling nearest Brina in age. On Sundays, Brina goes to the Temple of Yoba in the morning, and then goes to visit her family from around noon to 3:00 pm, before returning to her apartment for the night.
