The northeastern section of town contains the only detached dwelling in Stoffton: the mill owner's home. This Victorian-style home was built by Gerhard Schafer after he rebuilt the textile mill. Gerhard and Aluna Schafer and their family live in the house and tend the hedge maze that surrounds their garden. and their children:
