Nadia

Nadia is married to Erik and is head teacher at the Stoffton Academy. Nadia is from another country and met Erik when he happened to vacation nearby. When she learned that Stoffton not only had its own academy, but that the town would soon need a new teacher, she became enthusiastic about relocating with her new husband. Nadia and Erik have twin children, Quinn and Vasha, both of whom are marriage candidates.

Education has always been important to Nadia, and she has devoted her life both to studying and teaching. As a young woman, she discovered that languages were easy for her to learn and this greatly expanded the amount of information that she could collect. She holds advanced degrees in several fields, and continues to expand her understanding every day. Current areas of interest include advanced mathematical topics, particularly in the areas of string theory and quantum physics.

One of Nadia's priorities is to customize the lessons so that all of her students can pursue their interests in addition to some central, required courses. Having taught many of the people in town, she knows their interests and continues to develop a program of guest lecturers to round out the children's education.

Raising her twins has been one of the more challenging tasks in her life, but she is glad that they are nearly prepared for adult life as they are completing their studies with her. Nadia is friends with Johanna who helps at the school, and Marina who lectures every week on ocean life.

Schedule (in brief)

Most days, you can find Nadia at Stoffton Academy from around 8:00 am until 3:30 pm. On Saturday, she spends the morning preparing for classes and visits with Johanna in the afternoons. During the summer, when school is technically not in session, Nadia prepares for the next year's classes, but she also tutors some of the older students on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. On Sundays, she attends the temple of Yoba.
