In the northwestern section of Rocky Ford is the Vogel Place. The Vogel family once had a thriving farm, but several years ago, they left the area and sold their home and outbuildings to the Schafer family. The farmhouse has been boarded shut for many years, but Mac Schafer has been using the nearby coop to raise chickens. If you use the default settings and Mac is not a marriage candidate, you can help him renovate the Vogel house as part of his story.

Normally, you cannot reach the inside of the Vogel House.
| Step 1 - Enter the Building | However, if you decide to befriend Mac Schafer (default setting) you can enter the building and work with Mac to renovate it. | |
| Step 2 - Mac's First Repairs | If you encourage Mac to pursue his dreams of living near his family and raising chickens, you can help him renovate the Vogel farmhouse. | |
| Step 3 - Mac's Marriage | After he renovates the home, you can encourage him to pursue his long-time friend Dahlia as a possible marriage partner. When they marry, he will expand the attic area of the house to make room for his wife. | |
| Step 4 - Mac & Dahlia's Family | If they start a family, Mac and Dahlia will make a third and final renovation to the house, expanding the rest of the attic to include a small, second bedroom. | |
