Ebbe

Ebbe is a marriage candidate who lives with their family in the apartment above the Pickle Shop. Ebbe is the second child of Helmut and Greta Schafer who own the Pickle Shop. In the apartment, Ebbe shares a bedroom with their youngest sibling Olive. Ebbe was born and raised in Stoffton and recently completed studies at Stoffton Academy, although they still spend a significant amount of time reading and studying at the academy with their cousin Silas. Ebbe also has quite a bit in common with their cousin Josef. Ebbe can often be found playing their guitar in the evenings on main street in Stoffton.

Schedule (in brief)

Most days, Ebbe goes to Stoffton Academy to read around 8:00 am until 4:00 pm. After 7:00 pm, you can usually find Ebbe outside of the Pickle Shop on main street, playing the guitar while their youngest sister is preparing for bed. Around 10:00 pm, Ebbe will return to the apartment for the night.
