Greta
Greta is married to Helmut Schafer and lives in the apartment in the Pickle Shop in Stoffton with four of their five children. Greta was born and raised in Stoffton and is an only child. Her parents had her relatively late in their lives, and ran a small antique store in the building where she now lives. Both of her parents passed away soon after Greta completed school at Stoffton Academy, and she continued to run their store for several years. Greta was happy in the town, but hoped that some day she could meet someone who also enjoyed Stoffton and who wanted to raise a large family.
Fortunately, she met Helmut Schafer. Helmut is several years younger than Greta, but he also loves Stoffton and Rocky Ford. Because Greta already owned a building with a storefront on main street in Stoffton, after they married, Helmut was quickly able to achieve his dream of running a Pickle Shop.
Greta is good friends with Aluna who also married into the large Schafer family. In addition to maintaining their home, Greta works part-time at the Grocery Store for extra income. She and her husband have had five children over the last twenty or so years: Brina (who lives in the Apartments), Ebbe, Matius, Garth, and Olive.

Schedule (in brief)
Most days, Greta makes breakfast for her family and then goes to work at the Grocery Store from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm before returning home to cook the evening meal for her family. On Saturdays, she visits in the hedge maze with her friend Aluna and their younger children. On Sundays, she attends the temple of Yoba and then returns to her home.
