Mac

Mac is not a marriage candidate (although that can be changed) and lives in the Schafer Ranch in Rocky Ford. Mac is the second of the four Schafer boys and has been back in the area for the several years. Mac was born and raised in Rocky Ford and attended Stoffton Academy. After graduation, he went to college where he studied poultry science, planning to return to the Schafer Ranch to apply his knowledge. While he was in college, he met and married a young woman who was from Zuzu City. Unfortunately, the two eventually realized that their life goals were too dissimilar and they divorced. The experience has led Mac to believe that he will never find someone who wants to live somewhat simply in the countryside while he raises his beloved chickens.

As you become friends with Mac, you can encourage him to renovate the house on the Vogel Farm next door to the chicken coop he already uses. With additional encouragement, Mac will realize that he and his friend Dahlia have much in common and he will propose marriage to her. Then, Mac and Dahlia will have a marriage ceremony in the temple of Yoba, and you can continue to help Mac expand and renovate the Vogel house for his growing family.

If, instead, you would prefer to marry Mac, you can do so by editing the config.json file. Instructions are at the bottom of the Stoffton page. If you marry Mac, he will not renovate the Vogel house or propose to Dahlia.

Schedule (in brief)

Most days, Mac moves around the Schafer Ranch, checking in on all of the barns and his coop. On Mondays, he collects chicken eggs and delivers them to his Aunt Greta and Uncle Helmut's apartment above the Pickle Shop. On Sunday, he attends the temple of Yoba and then returns to work on the farm.
